Cool Shot Systems provides digital solution services including but not limited to:
All projects will be clearly defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work (SOW) that outlines deliverables, timelines, and costs.
Project timelines will be specified in the project agreement. Delays caused by client-side issues, including but not limited to late feedback, content provision, or approval, may result in timeline adjustments.
The number of revision rounds will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Payment terms will be specified in each project agreement. Typically:
Late payments may result in project suspension and/or interest charges. Projects will not be delivered until full payment is received.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Work completed up to the cancellation point is non-refundable. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
Clients retain ownership of all content, materials, and intellectual property provided to Cool Shot Systems for project completion.
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership and rights to the final deliverables created specifically for their project, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
Cool Shot Systems reserves the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We will correct any errors in the deliverables at no additional cost during the warranty period (typically 30 days after delivery).
The materials on Cool Shot Systems' website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Cool Shot Systems makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Cool Shot Systems or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Cool Shot Systems' website, even if Cool Shot Systems or a Cool Shot Systems authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Post-launch support and maintenance services are available as separate agreements. The terms, duration, and cost of support services will be outlined in a separate support agreement.
Cool Shot Systems agrees to keep confidential all information shared by clients during project execution. We will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit permission, except as required by law.
Clients may terminate projects with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date is billable and non-refundable.

Cool Shot Systems shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
